Become a Member or Renew

Our Membership Categories are:

  • Regular member ($20 annually): a person currently employed in a health sciences or other library; a person having an interest in health sciences librarianship and the purposes of the Association
  • Student member ($10 annually): a student currently enrolled in a graduate library and information science program. Maximum five years as a student member.
  • Honorary member

Membership runs concurrent with the calendar year (January 1 through December 31). Additional details can be found in our bylaws.

Join GHSLA or renew your membership online by filling out the 2021 online application here.

You may also join or renew by mail using the New/Renewing Member Application (PDF) and mailing it to the Membership Chairperson.

Payment Methods
Dues are payable by mail via check or via PayPal (+$1 for online processing). Please see the online application for instructions on how to mail payment of dues, or use the below PayPal button to submit your payment electronically.
